6.2 Objectives and planning to achieve them

ISO 21001:2018 sets out requirements for a management system in educational organizations. Clause 6.2 obliges the organization to establish measurable objectives that reflect its educational purpose and to design plans that allocate resources, assign responsibilities, define processes and set monitoring and review mechanisms to achieve those goals.
