7.2 Competence

Clause 7.2 requires educational organizations to determine and provide the competence needed for persons affecting the management system, including teachers, staff and support personnel. Competence must be achieved through appropriate education, training or experience, documented, and periodically evaluated to ensure ongoing effectiveness and continuous improvement.
