7.4 Communication

Clause 7.4 requires the organization to determine what, when and how to communicate information relevant to the educational management system, both internally and externally. It mandates establishing processes for effective exchange of policies, objectives, performance results, changes and responsibilities, ensuring that relevant parties receive accurate, timely information to support the system's operation and continual improvement.
