8.1 Operational planning and control

Clause 8.1 of ISO 21001:2018 requires educational organizations to establish, implement and maintain processes for planning and controlling the operations that affect their management system, ensuring they align with the quality policy, objectives and stakeholder needs. This includes defining actions, resources, responsibilities, criteria for monitoring performance and mechanisms for corrective action.
