8.2 Requirements for educational products and services

ISO 21001:2018 clause 8.2 requires educational organizations to ensure that all learning products and services meet the needs of learners and other interested parties, comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and are designed, delivered and evaluated consistently and effectively. It also mandates documented processes for planning, designing, delivering, monitoring and continually improving these educational offerings.
