9.2 Internal audit

Clause 9.2 requires educational organizations to conduct internal audits at planned intervals to verify that the management system conforms to ISO 21001, its own processes, and any applicable requirements. Audits must be objective and independent of the area being audited, with documented findings and corrective actions that support continual improvement.
