9.3 Management review

In ISO 21001:2018 clause 9.3, top management of an educational organization must conduct periodic reviews of the management system to confirm its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. The review considers audit results, performance indicators, stakeholder feedback, changes in internal or external context and any identified risks, and results in documented decisions for improvement.
