7.1 Resources

ISO 22000:2018 clause 7.1 requires an organization to identify, allocate and maintain all resources needed for effective operation of its food safety management system, covering human competence, infrastructure, work environment, equipment, and monitoring tools, ensuring they are suitable, available and continually reviewed.
