7.4 Communication

Entry 7.4 of ISO 22000:2018 requires the organization to establish and maintain effective communication processes for food-safety information, both internally among functions and externally with interested parties. It specifies that relevant details about hazards, policies, procedures, changes and performance must be identified, documented and shared promptly to ensure awareness and coordination across the food-safety management system.
