8.6 Updating PRP and hazard analysis

The clause requires that the food-safety team periodically review and revise both the prerequisite programs and the hazard analysis whenever new information, changes in product or process, monitoring results, audit findings, or regulatory updates arise, ensuring that the management system remains current and effective in controlling identified hazards.
