8.8 Verification related to PRPs and the hazard control plan

In ISO 22000:2018 the 8.8 clause requires organizations to verify that prerequisite programs and the hazard control plan are effectively implemented and remain suitable for controlling food safety hazards. Verification activities must be documented, systematic and reviewed regularly to ensure ongoing compliance.
