9.1 Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation

Clause 9.1 of ISO 22000:2018 requires organizations to establish processes for monitoring, measuring, analyzing and evaluating food-safety performance and the effectiveness of the management system. It calls for documented procedures, appropriate indicators, regular data collection, and periodic review to identify trends, non-conformities and opportunities for continual improvement.
