9.3 Management review

Clause 9.3 requires top management to conduct regular reviews of the food safety management system to confirm its continued suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. The review must consider performance metrics, audit results, customer feedback, non-conformities and changes in internal or external issues, and result in decisions on improvements, resource needs and any necessary modifications to the system.
