4.4 Respect for stakeholder interests

ISO 26000:2010 section 4.4 stresses that organizations should identify and respect the interests of all stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, communities and the environment, ensuring their concerns are considered in decision-making and that relationships are managed transparently and fairly.
