A.8 Additional conditions for processing

A.8 sets out extra requirements that must accompany any processing activity under the privacy-information management system. It requires organizations to identify and document lawful bases, obtain valid consent where needed, and ensure processing respects data-subject rights and any contractual or regulatory constraints. Compliance with these conditions supports the overall objectives of ISO/IEC 27701.
