10.1 Nonconformity and corrective action

Clause 10.1 of ISO 30401:2018 mandates that organizations detect and document any nonconformities in their knowledge-management system, determine their causes, and take corrective action to prevent recurrence. It also requires reviewing the effectiveness of those actions and maintaining records to demonstrate continual improvement.
