10.2 Continual improvement

Clause 10.2 requires the organization to establish a process for continual improvement of its knowledge management system, using performance metrics, internal audits and feedback to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions and monitor results. The aim is to enhance knowledge creation, sharing and utilization over time.
