Entry 4.2 in ISO 30401:2018 requires organizations to identify all relevant interested parties-such as employees, customers, suppliers, regulators and stakeholders-and systematically determine their specific needs, expectations and requirements for knowledge management, using this insight to shape policies, processes and performance metrics.
