4.5 Knowledge management culture

ISO 30401:2018 clause 4.5 defines the knowledge-management culture an organization must develop, requiring leadership to foster attitudes, values and behaviours that encourage the creation, sharing and application of knowledge. It calls for policies, incentives and communication that align with strategic goals and support continuous learning, collaboration and openness across all levels of the organization.
