Clause 5.2 of ISO 30401:2018 mandates that an organization create a formal knowledge-management policy that aligns with its strategic goals, defines the scope of knowledge activities, assigns responsibilities, and demonstrates top-management commitment to fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continual improvement.
