9.1 Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation

The standard requires organizations to put in place processes that monitor and measure knowledge-management performance, collect relevant data, analyze the results and evaluate their effectiveness against defined objectives. It calls for documented procedures, appropriate metrics and regular reviews to ensure continual improvement of the knowledge management system.
