9.2 Internal audit

Clause 9.2 requires an organisation to conduct regular internal audits of its knowledge-management system to verify compliance with ISO 30401, identify non-conformities and assess effectiveness. The audit must be planned, executed and reported in accordance with a documented programme, and any findings must trigger corrective actions that support continual improvement and alignment with strategic objectives.
