9.3 Management review

Clause 9.3 of ISO 30401:2018 mandates that top management periodically review the knowledge-management system to assess its performance, effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals. The review must consider inputs such as audit findings, stakeholder feedback, and improvement opportunities, and produce outputs that include decisions on corrective actions, resource allocation and changes needed for continual improvement.
