Clause 7 - Support

Clause 7 of ISO 30401:2018 specifies the support mechanisms required for an effective knowledge-management system, including the provision of resources, competence and awareness, internal and external communication, and the creation and control of documented information to ensure the system operates consistently and achieves its objectives.
