9.1 Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation

Clause 9.1 requires the organization to systematically monitor, measure, analyze and evaluate the performance of its anti-bribery management system, using appropriate indicators and data sources. This process ensures that objectives are met, non-conformities are identified, and continual improvement actions are taken.
