9.3 Management review

Clause 9.3 mandates that senior management conduct periodic reviews of the anti-bribery management system to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness, taking into account changes in internal and external issues, performance data, audit results and incidents, and to determine needed improvements, resource allocations or corrective actions.
