10.1 Nonconformity and corrective action

ISO 37101:2016 specifies that organizations must identify, document, and address any nonconformities in their community sustainability management system. The standard requires corrective actions to be taken, recorded and reviewed to prevent recurrence, with responsibilities and timelines defined.
