10.2 Continual improvement

Clause 10.2 of ISO 37101:2016 requires a community-focused organization to establish and maintain processes that drive continual improvement of its sustainable development management system, using performance data, corrective actions and identified opportunities. It emphasizes regular review, monitoring and the adoption of enhancements to better achieve the community's sustainability objectives.
