5.3 Organizational roles, responsibilities and authorities

Clause 5.3 of ISO 37101:2016 requires the community organization to identify, assign and communicate the specific roles, responsibilities and authorities needed for its sustainable-development management system, ensuring that each function has the competence and authority to perform its tasks and that the structure supports effective planning, implementation and continual improvement.
