8.1 Operational planning and control

Clause 8.1 of ISO 37101:2016 specifies that a community's management system must establish and maintain processes for planning, implementing, and controlling operations that support sustainable development goals. It requires setting measurable objectives, allocating resources, monitoring performance, and taking corrective actions to ensure effective, continual improvement.
