5.1 Leadership and commitment

ISO 39001:2012 clause 5.1 requires top management to demonstrate leadership and commitment by establishing, communicating, and continually improving the road-traffic-safety management system, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic direction, providing necessary resources, and fostering a culture that prioritises safety performance throughout all levels.
