5.2 Policy

Entry 5.2 requires an organization to define a road-traffic-safety policy that reflects its strategic direction, complies with applicable legal and other requirements, and demonstrates commitment to continual improvement and the protection of road users. The policy must be documented, communicated, and regularly reviewed for suitability.
