9.3 Internal audit

Clause 9.3 of ISO 39001:2012 specifies the internal audit requirements for a road-traffic-safety management system. It mandates that audits be planned, conducted by competent and objective personnel, and that findings be reported and acted upon to verify conformity and drive continual improvement.
