5.2 Facility management policy

Clause 5.2 requires the organization to create, document, implement and maintain a facility management policy that aligns with its strategic direction and objectives, demonstrates commitment to continual improvement, and addresses stakeholder needs, scope of activities and responsibilities within the overall management system.
