6.1 Actions to address risks and opportunities

Clause 6.1 of ISO 41001:2018 requires a facility-management organization to determine internal and external risks and opportunities that could affect its management system, evaluate their significance, and plan appropriate actions to mitigate negative impacts or capitalize on positive possibilities, integrating these actions into its overall FM processes.
