6.2 FM objectives and planning to achieve them

Clause 6.2 of ISO 41001:2018 requires facility-management organizations to establish measurable objectives that align with their strategic direction, and to develop detailed plans outlining responsibilities, resources, timelines and performance indicators needed to achieve those objectives.
