Clause 5 - Leadership

Clause 5 of ISO/IEC 42001:2023 outlines the leadership responsibilities required for an effective Artificial Intelligence Management System. It requires top management to demonstrate commitment, establish an AI policy aligned with organizational goals, ensure provision of resources, assign roles and authority, and promote a culture of ethical AI use throughout the organization.
