10.2 Incident, nonconformity and corrective action

Entry 10.2 requires organizations to implement a systematic process for identifying and reporting occupational incidents and nonconformities, investigating their causes, and taking corrective action to eliminate hazards and prevent recurrence, thereby supporting continual improvement of the occupational health and safety management system.
