10.3 Continual improvement

Clause 10.3 of ISO 45001:2018 requires an organization to establish, implement and maintain processes for continual improvement of its occupational health and safety management system. It calls for identifying improvement opportunities, planning and executing changes, and regularly reviewing their effectiveness to enhance overall OHS performance. This systematic approach ensures that safety outcomes are progressively enhanced over time.
