5.1 Leadership and commitment

Clause 5.1 requires top management to actively lead and demonstrate commitment to the occupational health and safety management system, ensuring the OH&S policy is established, communicated and aligned with strategic direction, providing necessary resources, assigning responsibilities, and fostering a culture of continual improvement and legal compliance.
