Clause 6.2 of ISO 45001:2018 requires an organization to establish measurable occupational health and safety objectives aligned with its policy, legal obligations and risks, and to define the processes, responsibilities, resources and timelines needed to achieve those objectives, ensuring they are documented, communicated and integrated into the overall management system.
