7.2 Competence

ISO 45001 7.2 Competence requires an organization to identify the knowledge, skills and experience needed for its OH&S tasks, provide appropriate training or other actions to achieve that competence, and evaluate the effectiveness of these measures, keeping documented evidence of competence and any required updates.
