7.3 Awareness

Clause 7.3 of ISO 45001:2018 requires the organization to ensure that workers and relevant interested parties are aware of the occupational health and safety policy, their roles and responsibilities, and the importance of complying with procedures and controls, so that they can contribute effectively to the OH&S management system.
