4.4 QMS and its processes

Clause 4.4 of ISO 9001:2015 requires an organization to define, implement and maintain the processes needed for its quality management system and to manage their interactions. It emphasizes documenting process inputs, outputs, criteria and resources, and measuring performance to achieve continual improvement.
