5.1 Leadership and commitment

ISO 9001:2015 clause 5.1 requires top management to actively lead and demonstrate commitment to the quality management system, establishing the quality policy, setting measurable objectives, and ensuring the system is integrated into business processes. It also mandates providing necessary resources, communicating the importance of effective quality management, and fostering a culture of continual improvement throughout the organization.
