6.1 Actions to address risks and opportunities

ISO 9001:2015 clause 6.1 requires an organization to determine risks and opportunities that could affect the intended results of its quality management system, plan and implement actions to address them, and integrate these actions into its processes. The goal is to prevent undesirable effects, promote continual improvement, and ensure that the system can achieve its planned outcomes.
