6.2 Quality objectives and planning

Clause 6.2 requires an organization to set quality objectives that are measurable, relevant to its functions and consistent with the quality policy, and to develop a plan detailing the resources, responsibilities, timelines and methods needed to achieve those objectives, while monitoring progress and reviewing results.
