7.1 Resources

Clause 7.1 of ISO 9001:2015 requires an organization to identify and supply the resources needed for the effective operation of its quality management system, covering personnel, infrastructure, work environment, and monitoring and measuring equipment. It also mandates that these resources be suitable, maintained and available whenever required to achieve intended product and service quality.
