8.1 Operational planning and control

Clause 8.1 of ISO 9001:2015 requires organizations to identify the processes needed for their quality management system, plan their implementation and control, and define criteria, resources and responsibilities to ensure consistent achievement of product and service requirements, customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable regulations.
