8.2 Requirements for products and services

Clause 8.2 of ISO 9001:2015 defines the organization's obligation to identify, verify and fulfill all functional, statutory and customer-specified requirements for its products and services, and to ensure any deviations are communicated and resolved in accordance with the quality management system.
